Eating worms...
Well, not really. But looking over the blog I have no comments *sniff*. I could take the spam preventer off and have some. LOL. We'll see how desperate I am.
Nothing baking today. Made some of my grad-school famous chocolate cookies. Despite the vegan-goodness of my baking, maybe people get a glossed over look when they hear talk of me bringing in some baked goods. They say they are good, but I think it is just that we don't get enough homemade goodness as grad students. I don't tell them it's vegan unless they ask. After a bit of time being a closet vegan I've finally started eating more around everyone. So now it's moving from "you're a veggie?" to "you're vegan?" Ha ha! There is soy in that cookie!
I went to a veggie pot luck over the weekend. It was great to go to one where there was too much good stuff to eat! No worries over what was in things, most of the dishs were whole foods and lacked dairy. And the dairy dishes were easy to spot :) Even finished the night with a slice of fresh pineapple and some soydream vanilla icecream. YUM.

Hi Baypuppy...
Just thought I'd tell you that I did read your blog, so set aside that plate of worms!
I am a regular reader of the Vegan Lunchbox, and sometimes when I am bored (or ignoring my latest paper I should be writing), I click on the links to other readers blogs.
So, I enjoyed your few entries... Although I am not a vegan (or even really a veggie...yet...long story...), I enjoy many of the recipes that Jennifer posts and have now found your carrot muffin recipe. I may just have to try that one night.
Keep up the fun blogging!
